WICKED PROBLEMS FILM SERIES
A self-initiated project that employs film and video to concretize and investigate more deeply “wicked problems”* that are often discussed in the abstract.
*Wicked problems is a term used to refer to systemic problems that are ill-defined, without a clear solution or end point. Many of the most significant problems we face today, such as climate change, mass incarceration, food insecurity, and consumerism, are wicked problems in that they comprised of a number of smaller, interconnected, often problematic, subsystems.
